Hot Crab Dip
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat or 2 cans
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, separated
- paprika
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon, 1/2 cup milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
- Add more milk if necessary to make creamy.
- Add crab and blend.
- Place in 2-quart oblong baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes, until crusty brown and bubbly on top.
