Baking Mix (Bisquick) Recipe

• 3 c. all-purpose flour
• 4 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c. shortening or possibly chilled butter

1. NOTE: keep mix refrigerated till use
2. NOTES : When making biscuits, the recipe calls for 1-1/2 c. lowfat milk (or possibly buttermilk), but you would omit this when making the biscuit mix.
