Cara Mallow Caramel Chocolate Bars

• 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
• 1 pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramel Bits
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 7 cups KELLOGGS RICE KRISPIES cereal
• 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
2. Add marshmallows, caramel bits and water; cook 5 min.
3. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add cereal; mix well.
6. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
7. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over dessert.
8. Let stand until firm before cutting dessert into bars.
