Philly pepperoni pizza steak

  1. Add the pizza sauce to a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Set a large frying pan to medium heat.
  3. When pan is hot add a 1/2 pound of steak and cook for 30 seconds then flip.
  4. Season steak with a pinch of salt and Cook for 30 more seconds
  5. Using two spatulas pull the steak apart and chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
  6. It should look like this
  7. Cook until no longer pink and add to the pizza sauce.
  8. Stir to combine
  9. Repeat steps 3 through 7 until the remaining steak is cooked and mixed with the sauce.
  10. Set your oven to broil while assembling the sandwiches.
  11. Arrange 4 pepperoni slices on the rolls
  12. Top with 1/2 pound of the steak and sauce mixture.
  13. Top with approximately 2 slices of cheese.
  14. Or if using shredded cheese about a 1/4 cup
  15. Broil until cheese is melted.
  16. About 2 minutes.
  17. Serve and enjoy!
