Last Minute Casserole

  1. Brown the ground beef with the onion.
  2. Meanwhile, peel vegetables and chop.
  3. Preheat oven to 350F.
  4. Layer ground beef, potatoes, carrots, and peas in a casserole dish.
  5. Combine sour cream, ketchup and water.
  6. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
  8. Sprinkle Club House Roasted Garlic and Peppers One Step Seasonings (or the seasoning of your choice) over cheese.
  9. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
  10. Cover; bake for one hour or until ingredients are cooked through.
