Zucchini Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  4. Beat in yogurt and vanilla.
  5. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Gradually add to creamed mixture, stirring to combine.
  7. Fold in zucchini.
  8. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  9. Bake at 350* F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  10. For frosting, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan.
  11. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
  12. Spread over warm brownies.
  13. Cool on a wire rack.
  14. Cut into bars.
