Pork Roast Recipe
- 1 (4 or possibly 5 lb.) pork roast
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. oil or possibly shortening
- Wash roast; pat dry with paper towel.
- Rub salt and pepper into meat.
- Sprinkle with flour.
- Brown in heavy skillet all sides and cover.
- Place in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till well done.
- Remove lid and rub mustard over the roast and put back in oven to brown some.
- Remove roast and mix flour and water.
- Add in to the drippings for grave.
- Stir well.
