White Chocolate Mousse
- 8 ounces sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix (2 packages)
- 4 cups skim milk (to make pudding per instructions on box)
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
- 1 ounce sugar-free white chocolate syrup (DaVinci)
- 8 ounces Cool Whip Lite (1 tub can also use fat free or sugar free)
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- Place Almonds in a mini food chopper until coarsely chopped.
- Line a small casserole dish with the chopped almonds.
- Make pudding per package instructions.
- Fold in room temp cream cheese & cool whip.
- Add White chocolate syrup to mixture.
- Add mixture on top of chopped almonds.
- Refrigerate 2 hours Serve w/ sliced strawberries.
