Udon pineapple and ham

  1. Chop your ham add to pan or wok Chop your Brazil nuts
  2. Add your Brazil nuts let heat 4 minutes stirfrying add your butter
  3. Add your pineapple, udon noodles, and 3/4 cup of pineapple juice save a quarter cup for later
  4. Mix quarter cup of pineapple juice and cornstarch
  5. After the noodles are cooked done add cornstarch solution stirring constantly to thickened if to thick add a bit of water still stirring constantly
