Perfect Pate'

• 1 lb braunschweiger sausage
• 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 14 cup mayonnaise
• 14 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons brandy
• 12 cup chopped pistachios

1. Blend first five ingredients in food processor until smooth.
2. Spoon into serving bowl.
3. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
4. Chill in refrigerator.
