Aunt Edythes Chicken Salad

  1. Combine chicken, celery, carrots, onion, salt, and dressing and set aside.
  2. Whip the UNSWEETENED cream until stiff, then stir into chicken mixture (this is the secret ingredientyou wont believe what a yummy difference it makes).
  3. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving stir in the noodles, and enjoy!
  5. Options: Add Craisins, sliced almonds, halved grapes, cashews or other items you love.
  6. I use finely sliced scallions in place of the grated onion because we like the milder flavors.
