Blue Cheese Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
- 50 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3-1/4 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 50 each whole wheat pita breads (7 inch), warmed
- 100 each lettuce leaves
- 3 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 gal. KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing
- Grill chicken 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until cooked through.
- Cut into strips; place in large bowl.
- Add hot sauce; toss lightly.
- For each serving: Top 1 pita with 2 lettuce leaves, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes and 3-1/2 oz.
- chicken strips.
- Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
- dressing; fold in half to serve.
