Sausage & Peach Pancakes Recipe
- 2 c. complete pancake mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 (16 ounce.) can peaches, liquid removed & reserve juice
- 8 ounce. pkg. brown & serve sausages, cut in half
- Mix pancake mix and water and pour into greased 9"x13" pan.
- Drain peaches and reserve juice.
- Arrange peaches alternately with sausages which have been cut in halves.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- For Topping: mix sugar and cornstarch with juice and cook till thick.
- Add in maple syrup and butter.
