Guacamole n Egg
- 1 eggs
- 1 avacado
- 1 chopped parsley
- 1 chopped cilantro
- 1 paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp olives
- Cut the avacado in half, removing the pit.
- Spoon out a little room for the egg later.
- Add to the avacado a pinch of salt, pepper, and some chopped cilantro.
- With the avacado ready, place it in an oven worthy pan.
- Place an egg in the avacado, softly.
- Add chopped olives to the border of the egg.
- Add a pinch of paprika to the top.
- Place the combination in he oven at 220F for 8-10 minutes until the egg is at your desired consistency.
- When its finished add a spoonful of sour cream to the top.
- Lay the chopped parsley on the dish and you're ready to serve.
