Broiled Seafood Canapes

  1. Toast bread on one side; trim off crusts and cut bread in half.
  2. Butter un-toasted sides, cover with a layer of seafood, then ketchup and top with cheese.
  3. Place canapes on a baking sheet under the broiler.
  4. Broil until the cheese is melted and the canapes are heated through.
