Yuzu Inarizushi
- 4 sheets Aburaage
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp to 1 tablespoon Yuzu jam
- 3 bowls' worth For the sushi rice:
- 3 tbsp White sesame seeds
- Put all the ingredients marked into a pan, add the abura-age and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Mix the sesame seeds into the rice.
- When the abura-age has cooled, fill the pouches with rice and it's done.
