Irish Pork and Apples

  1. In a shallow dish, completely coat pork with flour.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat; add pork chops and cook, uncovered, about 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
  3. Add onion, salt, and apples; cover and cook an additional 10 minutes, turning chops once.
  4. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well and add to skillet.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes, or until sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Serve chops topped with sauce.
