Fatoush salad

  1. In a skillet Toast the pita squares until they are crispy.
  2. If you dont mind about fat you can fry them until crispy it tastes better when fried.
  3. Or you can buy all ready toasted pita squares at costco or supermarket.
  4. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Mix all the dressing ingredients and adjust flavor to taste.
  6. Mix dressing and salad together.
  7. Add the pita squares when you are ready to eat the salad.
  8. Sprinkle some sumac on top of everything.
