Shalima's Yummy Raw Yellow Curry

  1. Chop cauli finely and set aside in bowl (or pulse - and then squeeze out juice if its a bit watery).
  2. Process next 5 ingredients (walnuts-salt) to a rough paste, then stir evenly into the cauli.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. set aside.
  5. Process all remaining ingredients (tomatoes-pepper) until smooth.
  6. taste and adjust - cumin and salt make a big difference to the final flavour so add extra with care :).
  7. Easy peasy serve with cauli rice.
