The Mayonnaise is so Tasty! Foil baked Salmon
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 Margarine
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Grain mustard
- 1 Pizza cheese
- Put the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Coat the center of a piece of aluminum foil with margarine.
- Put the salmon filet on top of the margarine coated aluminum foil.
- Coat the salmon filet with the sauce from Step 1.
- Wrap the foil tightly around the fish.
- Grill the fish in the broiler for 20 minutes.
- When it has cooked through, open the foil.
- Sprinkle the top of the fish with the grated cheese.
- Grill for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
