Blackened Tuna Po' Boy
- each Fresh tuna fillets, butterflied
- cups Cajun seasoning
- cups PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- cups balsamic vinegar
- each Whole-grain submarine rolls, split
- each leaf lettuce leaves
- slices Beefsteak tomatoes, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon (18 to 22 count), cooked, drained
- Preheat grill .
- Coat tuna with seasoning.
- Grill 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily .
- Mix cream cheese and vinegar until well blended.
- For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
- of the Neufchatel mixture evenly onto cut surfaces of roll.
- Place lettuce leaf, 1 tuna fillet, 2 tomato slices and 1 bacon slice on bottom half of roll; cover with top of roll.
- Serve immediately.
