Blackened Tuna Po' Boy

  1. Preheat grill .
  2. Coat tuna with seasoning.
  3. Grill 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily .
  4. Mix cream cheese and vinegar until well blended.
  5. For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the Neufchatel mixture evenly onto cut surfaces of roll.
  7. Place lettuce leaf, 1 tuna fillet, 2 tomato slices and 1 bacon slice on bottom half of roll; cover with top of roll.
  8. Serve immediately.
