Scalloped Potato Gratin
- 1-1/2 cups VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, Loaf, cubed
- PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. sweet smoked paprika
- 1 gal. Idaho potatoes, washed, thinly sliced
- Combine Velveeta, Neufchatel and paprika in microwaveable bowl.
- Heat on HIGH 30 seconds or until pourable; stir well.
- Place potatoes in a bowl; pour cheese mixture over potatoes.
- Toss to coat.
- For 2 servings: Spray a metal sizzle platter with cooking spray.
- Spoon 2 cups potato mixture onto platter, topping with some additional sauce.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 45 min.
- or until potatoes are cooked through.
- Remove from oven.
- Place platter under broiler until top is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
