Chocolate-Covered OREO Cookie Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 2 (9-inch) round cake layers.
  3. Cool in pans 5 min.
  4. Invert onto wire racks; remove pans.
  5. Cool cakes completely.
  6. Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  7. or until smooth, stirring every 30 sec.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. or until thickened.
  10. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  11. Stir in COOL WHIP and cookie crumbs with whisk.
  12. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading cream cheese mixture between layers.
  13. Top with chocolate glaze.
  14. Keep refrigerated.
