Sun Dried Tomato Fettuccini
- 1 lb fettuccine noodles
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 lbs Italian sausage, with fennel seeds
- 1 cup sun-dried tomato, in oil with herbs
- 1 cup roasted garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 14 cup fresh basil
- 14 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 14 cup fresh grated romano cheese
- sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 16 ounces marinara sauce
- cook pasta noodles al dente.
- drain and rinse.
- cook italian sausage and mushrooms.
- in a large pot add:.
- pasta, sun dried tomatoes and roasted garlic.
