Thanksgiving Stuffing

  1. Set oven to 375'
  2. Plump cranberries in 1 1/2C Apple cider
  3. Saute veggies and fruit until soft
  4. Add bread cubes to saute & toss to coat
  5. Add poultry seasoning
  6. Parsley
  7. Salt & pepper
  8. Plumped cranberries w/liquid
  9. Add 2/3's cup of chicken broth (add more liquid as bread soakes it up)
  10. Add beaten eggs
  11. Spoon into foil pan
  12. Add the rest of the chicken broth to pan (when pushing down on stuffing, liquid should seep to the top) leave top uneven
  13. Cover with parchment & foil
  14. Bake for 30 min's (remove cover to see if more liquid needs absorbed) if not bake uncovered for an additional 15 min's to brown the top
