Poulet saute champignon

  1. Make a marination using french mustard, pepper , salt, oil, White wine
  2. Marinate the chicken leg
  3. Fry the chicken after 1 hour
  4. Saute onion,garlic,leek,celery in oil
  5. Add mushroom an continue saute
  6. Add demi glaze and then chicken
  7. Cook till the chicken is done
  8. Add double cream
  9. Finish with chopped parsley
  10. Serve hot
