Poulet saute champignon
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped leek
- 1 chopped celery
- 1 chopped garlic
- 2 sliced mushroom
- 1 leg of chicken
- 200 ml demi glaze
- 11 ml french mustard
- 40 ml red wine
- 50 ml white wine
- 10 ml double cream
- 5 chopped parsley
- Make a marination using french mustard, pepper , salt, oil, White wine
- Marinate the chicken leg
- Fry the chicken after 1 hour
- Saute onion,garlic,leek,celery in oil
- Add mushroom an continue saute
- Add demi glaze and then chicken
- Cook till the chicken is done
- Add double cream
- Finish with chopped parsley
- Serve hot
