Honey Mustard Veggie Combo

  1. SAUTE red pepper and onion in oil in large saute pan for 2 minutes.
  2. STEAM broccoli, corn and carrots until crisp-tender; drain.
  3. MIX dressing and cornstarch in saucepan.
  4. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  5. Cook 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. MIX sauteed and steamed vegetables.
  7. Toss with dressing.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
