Honey Mustard Veggie Combo
- 5 cups Red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups green onion, sliced
- 2/3 cup oil
- 16 cups Fresh broccoli florets
- 16 cups Frozen whole kernel corn
- 40 cups Fresh baby carrots Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 4 cups Kraft Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- SAUTE red pepper and onion in oil in large saute pan for 2 minutes.
- STEAM broccoli, corn and carrots until crisp-tender; drain.
- MIX dressing and cornstarch in saucepan.
- Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
- Cook 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- MIX sauteed and steamed vegetables.
- Toss with dressing.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
