Farmstand Ravioli with Zucchini

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Cook ravioli in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, brush zucchini and onions evenly with 2 Tbsp.
  4. oil; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
  5. cheese.
  6. Grill 5 min.
  7. on each side or until crisp-tender.
  8. Remove from grill; cut into 1-inch pieces.
  9. Drain ravioli; set aside.
  10. Cook and stir garlic in remaining oil in same saucepan on medium heat 3 min.
  11. Add tomatoes; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  12. Add ravioli; stir to evenly coat.
  13. Add grilled vegetables; mix lightly.
  14. Top with remaining cheese.
