Creamy Holiday Fudge Recipe
- 3 c. (3, 6 ounce. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- Dash of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- In top of double boiler, heat chocolate over boiling water, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, salt, vanilla and nuts.
- Spread mix proportionately into a waxed paper lined 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
- Tightly cover any leftovers.
