Creamy Holiday Fudge Recipe

  1. In top of double boiler, heat chocolate over boiling water, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, salt, vanilla and nuts.
  3. Spread mix proportionately into a waxed paper lined 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
  4. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
  6. Tightly cover any leftovers.
