Sweet Chili Sauce

• 6 each onions
• 30 large tomatoes ripe
• 6 each peaches
• 6 each pears
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 each sweet red bell peppers
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 2 cups celery
• 2 each green bell peppers
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups vinegar
• 1 tablespoon cloves
• 1 tablespoon allspice

1. Chop onions, celery, peppers, and fruit.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thick.
4. More vinegar and sugar may be added if desired.
