Glazed Sausage and Pineapple
- 1 beef sausage ring
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp siracha
- Mix honey, teriyaki and siracha in a bowl
- Cut sausage into 1/2 inch chunks and place on a cookie sheet (use parchment paper if you have it)
- Place a piece of pineapple on each one and secure with a toothpick.
- Drizzle sauce over each one.
- Use up all sauce
- Pre-heat oven to 425 and bake for 18-20 min.
