Hamburger Goulash Soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup canned stewed tomatoes
- 3 cups cubed potatoes
- 23 cup chopped onion
- 23 cup chopped bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 34 teaspoon chili powder
- 34 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon caraway seed
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 cup catsup
- salt and pepper
- Cook beef in large saucepan over medium heat until browned, crumbling with a fork.
- Add beef and remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper to slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
