Smoked Salmon
- Rosemary focaccia or other flatbread
- Creme fraiche
- smoked salmon
- fresh dill sprigs
- capers
- red onion
- Cut purchased rosemary focaccia or other flatbread into 2-inch pieces and toast in oven.
- Top with a small dollop of creme fraiche, a small strip of smoked salmon, and a dill sprig.
- Place on a serving dish and garnish with capers and diced red onion.
