Smoked Salmon

  1. Cut purchased rosemary focaccia or other flatbread into 2-inch pieces and toast in oven.
  2. Top with a small dollop of creme fraiche, a small strip of smoked salmon, and a dill sprig.
  3. Place on a serving dish and garnish with capers and diced red onion.
