Caesar Salad in a Parmesan Bowl
- 2 qt. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 2 gal. romaine lettuce, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1 qt. croutons
- For each bowl: Heat nonstick saute pan on medium heat.
- Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese to skillet; spread to form 6-inch circle.
- Cook until cheese begins to melt and is lightly browned on bottom; turn.
- Cook until second side is lightly browned.
- Remove from skillet; immediately drape over inverted 6-inch bowl.
- Cool completely.
- For each serving: Toss 2 cups (500 mL) lettuce with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) dressing; add to Parmesan bowl.
- Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) croutons.
