Caesar Salad in a Parmesan Bowl

  1. For each bowl: Heat nonstick saute pan on medium heat.
  2. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese to skillet; spread to form 6-inch circle.
  3. Cook until cheese begins to melt and is lightly browned on bottom; turn.
  4. Cook until second side is lightly browned.
  5. Remove from skillet; immediately drape over inverted 6-inch bowl.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. For each serving: Toss 2 cups (500 mL) lettuce with 2 Tbsp.
  8. (30 mL) dressing; add to Parmesan bowl.
  9. Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) croutons.
