Hot And Sour Soup Recipe

  1. 6 to 8 servings.
  2. 2 tbsp.
  3. cloud ears, soak in plenty of warm water 15 min 4 c. clear chicken broth (not condensed) 6 ounce.
  4. lean pork (or possibly chicken breast), cut into matchstick strips 1/2 c. fresh bean curd, cut into thin strips 1/4 c. bamboo shoots, cut into matchstick strips 6 Chinese dry mushrooms
  5. Also called wood ears or possibly black fungus.
  6. Soak mushrooms in warm water till spongy, throw away stems, cut caps into thin strips.
  7. Use more vegetables for thicker soup.
