Canned Tuna Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook rice following package directions.
  2. Stir soup into rice.
  3. Mash tuna and stir into rice mix.
  4. Spread butter over inside of 1 3/4-qt casserole; sprinkle bread crumbs over butter.
  5. Pour tuna-rice mix into casserole and sprinkele with grated cheese.
  6. Bake on middle shelf of preheated 375-degree oven 30 min.
  7. Serves 4 to 6.
  8. Variation: Add in any vegetables you fancy to the rice mix.
  9. It's a good way to use up leftover peas and/or possibly carrots.
