Sesame-Chicken Salad
- 3 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
- boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. tomatoes, diced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 qt. cucumbers, diced
- 1-1/2 qt. broccoli florets, blanched
- 1-1/2 qt. carrots, diagonally cut Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 cups red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup KRAFT Oriental Sesame Dressing
- For each serving: Place 2 cups lettuce; 3 oz.
- chicken; 1/4 cup each tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli and carrots; and 1 Tbsp.
- onions in bowl.
- Drizzle with 2 tsp.
- dressing; toss lightly.
