Hamburger Stroganoff (Using Soup or Sauce Mix)

  1. Combine mix ingredients and set aside.
  2. Brown gound beef and drain off fat.
  3. Add water, 1/3 cup of mix (or 1/3 cup of recipe #243518), and noodles; stir.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  6. Top with sour cream or yogurt.
  7. Serve immediately.
