Okara Cookie with Cocoa Powder

  1. Add the ingredients and stir.
  2. Try to squash the lumps of okara into small pieces.
  3. Add canola oil.
  4. If it's hard to put together because of the moisture from the okara, it's okay to add extra oil or soy milk.
  5. Refer to the Helpful Hints.
  6. Add chocolate chips or diced almonds and combine.
  7. Divide the mixture into 20-24 portions and shape into round balls with your hands.
  8. Press lightly on the top.
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 320-340F/160-170C for 22-30 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
