Ray's' Chipotle Chicken Veggie Burgers
- 2 lb ground chicken
- 1 envelope Mccormick chipotle seasoning
- 1/2 tsp course ground black pepper
- 1 chopped zucchini
- 1/2 diced red bell pepper
- 1/3 diced purple onion
- 1/2 diced green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Mccormick smoke house seasoning
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cooking spray
- 1 wheat buns
- 1 thousand island dresding
- 1 lettuce
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 avocados
- 1 pickles
- Start by dicing all your veggies.
- Add olive oil to skillet and add veggies and garlic cook till tender let cool.
- Once veggies are cool add to ground chicken along with all seasonings.
- Spray a pan with cooking spray make patties cook till done about 7-10minutes each side.
- Serve with desired toppings.Enjoy!
