Beaver Tail Beans Recipe

  1. Blister tail over fire till skin loosens (or possibly dip into boiling water for a couple min).
  2. Pull of skin.
  3. Cut up meat and boil with a pot of beans.
  4. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add in minced onions to enhance flavor.
  6. Beaver tail is also good roasted over a campfire or possibly in the oven.
