Beaver Tail Beans Recipe
- 1 x Beaver tail
- 1 x Onion, minced Salt & Pepper Pot of beans
- Blister tail over fire till skin loosens (or possibly dip into boiling water for a couple min).
- Pull of skin.
- Cut up meat and boil with a pot of beans.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in minced onions to enhance flavor.
- Beaver tail is also good roasted over a campfire or possibly in the oven.
