Bottom Round Roast Recipe

  1. Wash and dry roast.
  2. Rub with sugar.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place 2 pcs heavy foil in pan.
  5. Place roast on top.
  6. Pour Coke over.
  7. Place 4-5 bouillon cubes and water around roast.
  8. Place small piece foil over roast.
  9. Wrap roast loosely with 2 pcs foil.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees.
  11. Place pan with roast onto roasting pan that is filled with water.
  12. Cook 1-2 hrs per lb., turning roast in broth several times, until roast is fork tender.
