Rustic Italian Bread Salad

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Place cream cheese onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
  3. Spray with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
  4. garlic, zest and pepper.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  6. until lightly browned.
  7. Cool slightly.
  8. Meanwhile, cut each bread piece diagonally in half; place on baking sheet.
  9. Spray with cooking spray.
  10. Bake 3 to 5 min.
  11. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  12. Arrange bread, arugula, avocados, tomatoes and cream cheese on platter.
  13. Beat vinegar, oil, sugar and remaining garlic with whisk until well blended.
  14. Drizzle over salad.
