Strawberry Marshmallow Pocky
- 100 grams Chocolate
- 1 bag Marshmallows
- 1 box Pocky
- 1 Dragees, chocolate sprinkles
- 1 Freeze dried strawberries
- 1 Chocolate petals
- Make the chocolate petals beforehand.
- Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water at approx.
- 50C.
- Coat one side of the marshmallows with the chocolate.
- Place the marshmallows on top of a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle over the toppings before the chocolate can set.
- Once the chocolate has set, add a small amount of melted chocolate to the back of the marshmallows.
- Use the melted chocolate to stick the marshmallows to a stick of pocky.
- Once this chocolate has also set, they're ready.
- 1 marshmallow weighs around 3 g and I used 21 of them.
- I used a pack of 7 thick sticks of crunchy strawberry pocky.
