Strawberry Marshmallow Pocky

  1. Make the chocolate petals beforehand.
  2. Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water at approx.
  3. 50C.
  4. Coat one side of the marshmallows with the chocolate.
  5. Place the marshmallows on top of a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle over the toppings before the chocolate can set.
  6. Once the chocolate has set, add a small amount of melted chocolate to the back of the marshmallows.
  7. Use the melted chocolate to stick the marshmallows to a stick of pocky.
  8. Once this chocolate has also set, they're ready.
  9. 1 marshmallow weighs around 3 g and I used 21 of them.
  10. I used a pack of 7 thick sticks of crunchy strawberry pocky.
