Creamy Waldorf Salad Recipe

• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon orange juice or possibly pineapple juice
• 3 lg. apples, cubed
• 1 (8 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
• 2 tbsp. minced celery
• 2 tbsp. minced pecans
• 2 tbsp. raisins

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Stir well and set aside.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
4. Add in cream cheese mix to apple mix, toss gently.
5. Cover and chill.
6. Toss again before serving.
