Tea Roast Beef Recipe

  1. Brown roast on both sides in skillet.
  2. Place roast in pan, set oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Make a strong tea using tea bags and water.
  4. Let steep for 10 min.
  5. Pour tea over roast.
  6. Add in onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake 1 hour.
  8. Pour beefy mushroom soup over roast, dilute soup with 1 can of water.
  9. Put back in oven and add in more water if necessary.
  10. Bake 1 hour more, will fall apart.
  11. It will be tender and juicy.
  12. The tea tenderizes the meat.
