Chinese Green Beans

  1. Place green beans in saucepan.
  2. Add about a half a cup of water, steam for about 15 minutes on medium or until they are almost done.
  3. While they are cooking, in a small sauce pan add soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Cook on medium for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat until green beans are done.
  6. When green beans are done, drain the water.
  7. Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Top with sesame seeds.
