Golden Cheesesteak Sandwich

  1. Mix VELVEETA, milk and mustard in saucepan; cook on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  2. Cook and stir onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until onion is crisp-tender.
  3. Add meat; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Fill rolls with the meat mixture; top with peppers and the VELVEETA sauce.
