Golden Cheesesteak Sandwich
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 cup sliced onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 French bread rolls, partially split, toasted
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- Mix VELVEETA, milk and mustard in saucepan; cook on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
- Cook and stir onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until onion is crisp-tender.
- Add meat; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Fill rolls with the meat mixture; top with peppers and the VELVEETA sauce.
