All Bran Loaf Recipe
- 1 c. all-Bran Cereal
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. candied fruit mixed fruitcake type
- 1 c. lowfat milk (use skimmed for vlf)
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- Mix All-bran, sugar, and fruit in a bowl, pour on lowfat milk, and let stand for 45minutes.
- Add in sifted flour and mix well.
- Grease a 2 lb loaf tin and line it with greaseproof paper.
- Fill with mix and bake about 1 1/2 hour in centre of oven at 325 F, Mark 3.
