All Bran Loaf Recipe

  1. Mix All-bran, sugar, and fruit in a bowl, pour on lowfat milk, and let stand for 45minutes.
  2. Add in sifted flour and mix well.
  3. Grease a 2 lb loaf tin and line it with greaseproof paper.
  4. Fill with mix and bake about 1 1/2 hour in centre of oven at 325 F, Mark 3.
