Delicious Stewed Chicken Drumettes in a Pressure Cooker
- 10 Chicken drumettes
- 400 ml Water
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 100 ml Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- Grate the garlic.
- Slice the ginger thinly.
- Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker.
- Add the chicken drumettes into the pressure cooker straight from the packets!
- In this picture you can see the boiled eggs but do not put in any at this point!
- Cover the pressure cooker and turn on the heat.
- Once pressurized lower the heat and leave for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
- Adjust the time according to your pressure cooker at home.
- After the pressure is released add the boiled eggs.
- Make sure the eggs are fully submerged in the cooking liquid otherwise the eggs are going to be coloured strangely!
- Heat up before serving, Scatter with chopped green onion and enjoy!
- The next day shred the meat and make a rice bowl with it.
- It is very tasty!
